The Developer – ENL Property

The ENL group set up its real estate development pole - ENL Property - in 2007,launchingthe group into various residential and commercial developments as well as high-end business parks both in the country and overseas, mostly in Africa. The rapid growth of ENL Property is to a great extent due to its privileged access to strategically situated land in the heart of Moka, owned by its parent company, ENL Land. As well as optimizing financial returns from the plots chosen for development, ENL also supplies the cartography and surveying expertise. The company has to its credit some important real estate projects such as the IRS of Heritage Villas Valriche and La Balise Marina, and also the development of Moka over the last few years through successful realisations such as the Bagatelle Mall of Mauritius, the biggest commercial centre in the Indian Ocean, the Allées d’Helvétia, Vivéa Business Park and Kendra. ENL Property will now be taking on the development of the “smart city” of Moka.

ENL Property relies on a group of experienced professionals who work in synergy and coordination on two development lines: “Property Development” and “Property and Asset Management”.

The role of Property Development runs from conception to completion, and includes master planning, obtaining permits, surveying, managing the projects, construction as well as communication, marketing and sales. The promoter has acquired a very well-known international franchise: Sotheby’s International Realty, the biggest of all networks of luxury real estate and of specialised agents.

 The Property and Asset Management side is represented by Enatt, which manages the assets of Ascencia, an investment fund of Rs 9 billion listed on the DEM.
