A real little village which revolutionised the region and met with immediate popularity, the first phase of Les Allées d’Helvétia comprised the Helvétia Commercial Centre with its shops, restaurants and services, the Synergy sports centre, 24 apartments and 48 duplexes. Following on from this success, 24 apartments and 30 duplexes were completed in phase 2, then recently 25 duplex and 33 apartments of 2 to 5 bedrooms were added in phase 3.
